What to expect the day of service: - 25 - 30 min Rose water steam - Towel or Basic Blow Dry - NuNu Oil application Steam time can run from 10 - 45 min depending on hair condition. Dry or Damaged Hair: Low Heat - 30 - 45min - EVERY 7 - 10 days Normal to Slightly Dry Hair: 10 - 25 min once a month Benefits: Have you decided to clean your scalp and wear a bald head? Please be aware that even a bald head requires scalp care to prevent the buildup of impurities and potential scalp irritations. Steaming opens the pores of your skin, increasing blood flow and circulation, which is crucial for hair and beard growth. It also boosts moisture levels by 25%, strengthening follicles and reducing breakage and split ends. Additionally, steaming opens the cuticles, facilitating hair absorption. Regular steaming minimizes breakage, softens coarse beards, adds moisture to combat beardruff (dandruff), and promotes beard thickness. After Care: Book your next appointment for: Dry or Damaged Hair: Every 7 - 10 days from last time of service Normal or Slightly Dry Hair: Monthly or Bi-weekly Dry skin: Apply NuNu twice daily. Oily skin: Apply NuNu every other day. Keep treating your hair and beard with L17 products daily. Based on your hair type and conditions, it is recommended to steam your hair weekly or bi-weekly to attain optimal results. However, it is crucial to refrain from exceeding the recommended steaming time, as this can lead to skin dryness and cause hair to become excessively soft, resulting in breakage. Additional Services: During booking you will have the option to add on additional services if available. 1. Deposit policy: A credit card is mandatory for scheduling any appointment or service. Upon booking, your card will be charged the total amount or a percentage of the service cost. The remaining balance will be charged upon the completion of the service. Please note that this is a system-generated charge and cannot be manually altered. 2. 24-hour cancellation policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, please inform me at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a late fee equivalent to 50% of the service charge. Kindly be advised that appointments scheduled directly with me within the 24-hour timeframe may be canceled or modified at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time to prevent a charge of 50% of the service amount. 3. Late appointment policy: To respect the time of clients and staff, we ask you to be on time for your appointment. Clients who arrive more than 30 minutes late will forfeit their appointment and need to reschedule for the next available day. You will not lose your deposit for being late twice, any time after forfeit your deposit with termination of any future services. 4. No-show cancellation policy: Failure to attend an appointment will result in a 50% charge for the missed service. A rescheduling request for a different day with the same service will incur an additional 50% deposit for the service. 5. Salon cancellation policy to protect the clients: We reserve the right to cancel or modify an appointment. Should a cancellation occur within 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time, a new appointment will be scheduled without additional charges, contingent upon availability. 6. Flexible policy: Appointments are of utmost importance, and maintaining scheduled bookings contributes to cost savings for you. We acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may necessitate schedule adjustments. If you require the cancellation of an appointment, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice. Individuals who made appointments directly through me are requested to provide a 24-hour notice, if feasible. Failure to communicate your decision will result in the forfeiture of 50% of the deposit. ***NOTE: If you require early booking within a 24-hour grace period, kindly contact me directly to ascertain the availability of a suitable time slot.***
