MANGO HERBS HAIR RESTORATION MONTHLY SPA Includes one complete 90-minute scalp and hair restoration spa session. Treatment recommendations may vary depending on the condition and needs of the hair and scalp. EACH SESSION INCLUDES: • Peppermint Mango Hair Fall Shampoo • 10-minute blood-circulation scalp massage • Tara’s Crack Mango Herbs Deep Conditioning Cream • Five-minute initial penetration time • 25–30 minutes of LED light therapy with rose-water steam • Conditioner rinse • Towel-dry or basic blow-dry, if needed ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS Clients must arrive with their hair and scalp free of braids, extensions, wigs, heavy styling products and excessive buildup unless instructed otherwise. Treatment time and recommendations may vary according to the condition and needs of the hair and scalp. STEAM GUIDELINES Steam time may range from 10–45 minutes depending on hair health and porosity. • Dry or damaged hair: Low heat for 30–45 minutes; treatment may be recommended every 7–10 days • Normal to slightly dry hair: 10–25 minutes; treatment may be recommended monthly or biweekly BENEFITS Gentle steam helps soften the hair and may temporarily lift the outer cuticle layers, allowing the conditioner to coat and penetrate the hair fibers more effectively. Steam does not open hair follicles. This service may benefit clients experiencing dryness, brittleness, breakage, weakened hair, low porosity, chemical or heat damage, scalp dryness, buildup, difficulty retaining moisture, thinning or excessive shedding. Our mango butter–based system contains selected herbs, essential oils and carrier oils formulated to support softer, more manageable hair and a healthier hair-care routine. Results vary. This cosmetic service does not diagnose, treat or cure medical hair-loss or scalp conditions. AFTERCARE • Dry hair: Apply oil 2–3 times weekly • Oily hair or scalp: Apply only as needed • Normal hair: Apply approximately once every 1–2 weeks • Protect hair nightly with silk or satin • Follow your personalized home-care instructions Do not apply heavy oils to an irritated or inflamed scalp without professional guidance. 1. CARD AND DEPOSIT POLICY A valid credit or debit card is required to book online. Depending on the service, you may be charged the full price or a deposit when booking. Any remaining balance is due when the service is completed. All deposits are nonrefundable. A deposit may be transferred one time when the appointment is rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. 2. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. • More than 24 hours’ notice: No fee. • Between 24 hours and 1 hour before: $25 fee. • Less than 1 hour before: $50 fee. Outstanding fees must be paid before another appointment can be booked. 3. LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time. Arriving late may shorten your service while the full service price remains due. Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late may have their appointment canceled and treated as a missed appointment. Repeated lateness may result in the loss of booking privileges. 4. NO-SHOW POLICY Failure to arrive without contacting Loya17y will be considered a no-show. No-shows will be charged a $50 fee, and any deposit will remain nonrefundable. The fee must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled. Repeated no-shows may require full payment in advance or result in the loss of booking privileges. 5. CANCELLATIONS BY LOYA17Y Loya17y may cancel or reschedule an appointment because of illness, emergencies, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. If Loya17y cancels, you may transfer your payment to another appointment or request a refund. No rescheduling fee will be charged. 6. EMERGENCIES We understand that genuine emergencies happen. Contact Loya17y as soon as possible. Exceptions may be considered individually but are not guaranteed. For appointment requests within the next 24 hours, please contact Loya17y directly.
