Steam Time: 10 - 45 min depending on hair health. Dry or Damaged Hair: Low Heat - 30 - 45min - EVERY 7 - 10 days Normal to Slightly Dry Hair: 10 - 25 min once a month Benefits: This service process is not intended to moisturize or condition the hair. Instead, it aims to open up the hair follicles, allowing the conditioner to penetrate the hair fibers more effectively and deeply. This enables the conditioner to work its intended benefits more efficiently. Our system caters to individuals experiencing various hair concerns including hair loss, damage, breakage, scalp conditions, low porosity, chemically treated hair, and more. Our special method opens hair follicles, helping our natural mango-based conditioners absorb better. This ensures deep penetration, not just surface moisturizing,for all hair types. After Care: Book your next appointment: Normal or Slightly Dry Hair: Book Monthly or Bi-weekly Dry or Damaged Hair: Book Every 7 - 10 Days If your hair is dry or damaged, ensure you oil 2 - 3 times a week. If your hair is oily, oil it once or twice a week. For normal hair, oiling once bi-weekly should suffice. Keep treating your hair and beard with our products on a daily basis. Don’t forget to protect your hair at night with a silk or satin scarf or bonnet. Additional Services: During booking you will have the option to add on additional services if available. 1. Deposit policy: A credit card is mandatory for scheduling any appointment or service. Upon booking, your card will be charged the total amount or a percentage of the service cost. The remaining balance will be charged upon the completion of the service. Please note that this is a system-generated charge and cannot be manually altered. 2. 24-hour cancellation policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, please inform me at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a late fee equivalent to 50% of the service charge. Kindly be advised that appointments scheduled directly with me within the 24-hour timeframe may be canceled or modified at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time to prevent a charge of 50% of the service amount. 3. Late appointment policy: To respect the time of clients and staff, we ask you to be on time for your appointment. Clients who arrive more than 30 minutes late will forfeit their appointment and need to reschedule for the next available day. You will not lose your deposit for being late twice, any time after forfeit your deposit with termination of any future services. 4. No-show cancellation policy: Failure to attend an appointment will result in a 50% charge for the missed service. A rescheduling request for a different day with the same service will incur an additional 50% deposit for the service. 5. Salon cancellation policy to protect the clients: We reserve the right to cancel or modify an appointment. Should a cancellation occur within 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time, a new appointment will be scheduled without additional charges, contingent upon availability. 6. Flexible policy: Appointments are of utmost importance, and maintaining scheduled bookings contributes to cost savings for you. We acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may necessitate schedule adjustments. If you require the cancellation of an appointment, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice. Individuals who made appointments directly through me are requested to provide a 24-hour notice, if feasible.
