1. CARD AND DEPOSIT POLICY A valid credit or debit card is required to book online. Depending on the service, you may be charged the full price or a deposit when booking. Any remaining balance is due when the service is completed. All deposits are nonrefundable. A deposit may be transferred one time when the appointment is rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. 2. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. • More than 24 hours’ notice: No fee. • Between 24 hours and 1 hour before: $25 fee. • Less than 1 hour before: $50 fee. Outstanding fees must be paid before another appointment can be booked. 3. LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time. Arriving late may shorten your service while the full service price remains due. Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late may have their appointment canceled and treated as a missed appointment. Repeated lateness may result in the loss of booking privileges. 4. NO-SHOW POLICY Failure to arrive without contacting Loya17y will be considered a no-show. No-shows will be charged a $50 fee, and any deposit will remain nonrefundable. The fee must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled. Repeated no-shows may require full payment in advance or result in the loss of booking privileges. 5. CANCELLATIONS BY LOYA17Y Loya17y may cancel or reschedule an appointment because of illness, emergencies, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. If Loya17y cancels, you may transfer your payment to another appointment or request a refund. No rescheduling fee will be charged. 6. EMERGENCIES We understand that genuine emergencies happen. Contact Loya17y as soon as possible. Exceptions may be considered individually but are not guaranteed. For appointment requests within the next 24 hours, please contact Loya17y directly. Availability is not guaranteed. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
