Service Description
BOTH WOMEN AND MEN CAN GET A BASIC TRIM OR CUT TO IMPROVE THE HEALTH AND GROWTH!!! SHAPE UPS IS INCLUDED!!! Trims: Removes 2 inches or less from your ends without changing the current style and shape of your hair. Chemically damaged dead split hair. Basic Cutz: Removes split ends along with over 2 inches of hair altering the shape but keeping everything at the same length. Shampoo, Conditioning and Styling is NOT INCLUDED with this service please make sure your hair is clean or we will have to reschedule. After Care: Trim Maintenance: You should trim every 3 months to maintain healthy growth. It will help to reduce breakage and retain length. Basic Cutz Maintenance: To maintain your hair at the same length you should get it cut every 6 - 8 weeks and to grow it out for a longer length every 8 - 12 weeks. Depending on the state of your hair if your hair is chemically processed and has become damaged then we will also recommend a treatment and a shorter time frame for cutz and trims.
Cancellation Policy
1. Deposit policy: A credit card is mandatory for scheduling any appointment or service. Upon booking, your card will be charged the total amount or a percentage of the service cost. The remaining balance will be charged upon the completion of the service. Please note that this is a system-generated charge and cannot be manually altered. 2. 24-hour cancellation policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, please inform me at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a late fee equivalent to 50% of the service charge. Kindly be advised that appointments scheduled directly with me within the 24-hour timeframe may be canceled or modified at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time to prevent a charge of 50% of the service amount. 3. Late appointment policy: To respect the time of clients and staff, we ask you to be on time for your appointment. Clients who arrive more than 30 minutes late will forfeit their appointment and need to reschedule for the next available day. You will not lose your deposit for being late twice, any time after forfeit your deposit with termination of any future services. 4. No-show cancellation policy: Failure to attend an appointment will result in a 50% charge for the missed service. A rescheduling request for a different day with the same service will incur an additional 50% deposit for the service. 5. Salon cancellation policy to protect the clients: We reserve the right to cancel or modify an appointment. Should a cancellation occur within 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time, a new appointment will be scheduled without additional charges, contingent upon availability. 6. Flexible policy: Appointments are of utmost importance, and maintaining scheduled bookings contributes to cost savings for you. We acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may necessitate schedule adjustments. If you require the cancellation of an appointment, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice. Individuals who made appointments directly through me are requested to provide a 24-hour notice, if feasible. Failure to communicate your decision will result in the forfeiture of 50% of the deposit. ***NOTE: If you require early booking within a 24-hour grace period, kindly contact me directly to ascertain the availability of a suitable time slot.***
