Please ensure that your hair, beard, and mustache are clean before booking this service. - NuNu Mango Herbs and Oils Steam. - 5 min follicles and cuticles penetrating time - 25 - 30 min rose water steam - Towel or basic blow dry. LED light therapy, scalp or beard massages are not included but can be added to your service for an additional fee. Additionally, you can book our one-day package at a discounted price. Steam Time: Steam time can run from 10 - 45 min depending on hair condition. Dry or Damaged Hair: Low Heat - 30 - 45min - EVERY 7 - 10 days Normal to Slightly Dry Hair: 10 - 25 min once a month After Care: Book your next appointment: Normal or Slightly Dry Hair: Monthly or Bi-weekly Dry or Damaged Hair: Every 7 - 10 Days If your hair is dry or damaged, ensure you oil 2 - 3 times a week. If your hair is oily, oil it once or twice a week. For normal hair, oiling once bi-weekly should suffice.

If you need early booking within a 24 hour grace period please contact me directly to see if there is a time slot available. 1. Deposit policy A credit card is required to schedule any appointment or service. Your card will be charged a percentage of the total amount at the time of booking, and the remaining balance will be charged when the service is complete. 2. 24-hour cancellation policy If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in a late fee, which is equal to 50% of the scheduled service. Please note that appointments made directly with me within the 24 hours may instead be canceled or modified at least 4 hours prior to the appointment time in order to avoid a charge of 50% of the service amount. 3. Late appointment policy To respect the time of clients and staff, we ask you to be on time for your appointment. Clients who arrive more than 30 minutes late will forfeit their appointment and need to reschedule for the next available day. You will not lose your deposit for being late twice, any time after forfeit your deposit with termination of any future services. 4. No-show cancellation policy If you do not show up for an appointment, you will be charged 50% of the missed service. You can reschedule for another day same service leaving another 50% deposit for service. 5. Salon cancellation policy to protect the clients We reserve the right to cancel or change an appointment. Should such a cancellation occur within 48 hours prior to your appointment time, a new appointment will be scheduled without additional fees, based on availability. 6. Flexible policy Appointments are of high importance, and keeping scheduled bookings helps keep costs low for you. We realize that unforeseen circumstances might require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment, we request at least 48 hours notice, and those who made appointments directly thru me a 24 hour notice if possible. If you do not communicate your will forfeit you 50% deposit.
