Service Description
MUST ARRIVE WITH HAIR, BEARD AND MUSTACHE CLEAN FOR THIS SERVICE!!! There is an additional $35 for EVERY 4 inches plus past shoulders length. BMH Steam Time: Steam time can run from 10 - 45 min depending on hair condition. Dry or Damaged Hair: Low Heat - 30 - 45min - EVERY 7 - 10 days Normal to Slightly Dry Hair: 10 - 25 min once a month ROSE, LAVENDER & PEONY WATER BLEND!!! - Mango Herb Deep Conditioning cream will be applied. - 5 min follicles and cuticles penetrating time - 25 - 30 min Rose water blend steam - Towel dry leaving in the conditioner or a cold rinse out. LED Light Therapy, Scalp or Beard massages are NOT included but can be added to your service for an additional price. (YOU CAN ALSO BOOK OUR ONE DAY PACKAGE AT A DISCOUNTED PRICE) This service process is not to moisturize or condition the hair it is meant to open up your hair follicles so that your conditioner can penetrate the hair fibers better and deeper so your conditioner can work it’s magic. Our System treats people suffering with hair loss, damage, breakage, dry scalp, low porosity, chemically treated and much more…. PRICES CAN INCREASE ACCORDING TO HAIR LENGTH AND THICKNESS!!! After Care: Book your next appointment: Dry or Damaged Hair: 7 - 10 days from last time of service Normal or Slightly Dry Hair: Monthly or Bi-weekly In between continue to treat hair and beard with our oils, balms, 2 in 1, and more on a daily basis. Make sure to keep your hair protected at night with a silk/satin scarf or bonnet.
Cancellation Policy
If you need early booking within a 24 hour grace period please contact me directly to see if there is a time slot available. 1. Deposit policy A credit card is required to schedule any appointment or service. Your card will be charged a percentage of the total amount at the time of booking, and the remaining balance will be charged when the service is complete. 2. 24-hour cancellation policy If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in a late fee, which is equal to 50% of the scheduled service. Please note that appointments made directly with me within the 24 hours may instead be canceled or modified at least 4 hours prior to the appointment time in order to avoid a charge of 50% of the service amount. 3. Late appointment policy To respect the time of clients and staff, we ask you to be on time for your appointment. Clients who arrive more than 30 minutes late will forfeit their appointment and need to reschedule for the next available day. You will not lose your deposit for being late twice, any time after forfeit your deposit with termination of any future services. 4. No-show cancellation policy If you do not show up for an appointment, you will be charged 50% of the missed service. You can reschedule for another day same service leaving another 50% deposit for service. 5. Salon cancellation policy to protect the clients We reserve the right to cancel or change an appointment. Should such a cancellation occur within 48 hours prior to your appointment time, a new appointment will be scheduled without additional fees, based on availability. 6. Flexible policy Appointments are of high importance, and keeping scheduled bookings helps keep costs low for you. We realize that unforeseen circumstances might require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment, we request at least 48 hours notice, and those who made appointments directly thru me a 24 hour notice if possible. If you do not communicate your will forfeit you 50% deposit.
