Service Description

ALL NEW CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED CONSULTATION BEFORE SERVICE!!! 25 MINUTES. $15 FOR EVERY 10 MIN AFTER. CONSULTATION IS WAIVED FOR ONLY CLIENTS WHO BOOKED AND COMPLETED A SERVICE!!! We offer consultation services every Monday except holidays. No contact/ Contact 1 on 1 consultation is available via zoom or in person. Consultation consist of discussing your health history, hair condition, hairstyles, colors, the type of services you are interested in and the products that we will be using. As a license Cosmetologist we have to keep our client health and safety in mind first. Every service may not be able to be perform due to some health issues so please be mindful of it as we are here at Loya17y Cosmetics. Thank you in advance with trusting in us for your hair care journey. 🙏🏾💜🙏🏾 After Care: We will revisit your health history and hair status every 4-6 months. If I notice any changes before we will address it at that time of service.


Cancellation Policy

If you need early booking within a 24 hour grace period please contact me directly to see if there is a time slot available. 1. Deposit policy A credit card is required to schedule any appointment or service. Your card will be charged a percentage of the total amount at the time of booking, and the remaining balance will be charged when the service is complete. 2. 24-hour cancellation policy If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in a late fee, which is equal to 50% of the scheduled service. Please note that appointments made directly with me within the 24 hours may instead be canceled or modified at least 4 hours prior to the appointment time in order to avoid a charge of 50% of the service amount. 3. Late appointment policy To respect the time of clients and staff, we ask you to be on time for your appointment. Clients who arrive more than 30 minutes late will forfeit their appointment and need to reschedule for the next available day. You will not lose your deposit for being late twice, any time after forfeit your deposit with termination of any future services. 4. No-show cancellation policy If you do not show up for an appointment, you will be charged 50% of the missed service. You can reschedule for another day same service leaving another 50% deposit for service. 5. Salon cancellation policy to protect the clients We reserve the right to cancel or change an appointment. Should such a cancellation occur within 48 hours prior to your appointment time, a new appointment will be scheduled without additional fees, based on availability. 6. Flexible policy Appointments are of high importance, and keeping scheduled bookings helps keep costs low for you. We realize that unforeseen circumstances might require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment, we request at least 48 hours notice, and those who made appointments directly thru me a 24 hour notice if possible. If you do not communicate your will forfeit you 50% deposit.
